When it comes to posting your content, you should not limit it to a singular site. However, when it comes to cross-posting, and sharing the same content on different social media platforms, there are some important points to keep in mind.
The main 2 points are keeping in mind each site’s unique upload requirements and forgetting to properly edit content. The first is fairly obvious. Each site has a different image, video, and text limits that you need to adjust for.
The 2nd point follows from this, in that you need to make sure each piece of content for each platform is properly edited for it, such as the right image size. A common mistake recently was the Tik Tok logo not being edited out, when uploaded to Reels, leading to it being deprioritized.
