As social commerce becomes more popular, it is important for businesses to know the best way to connect their products and services with consumers on social media.
Research from Sprout Social shows that the most common ways that consumers are finding the perfect product for what they need is coming from targeted ads (49%) and organic posts by a brand (40%).
These came ahead of researching products and posts by someone they know (both 34%). These statistics show the importance of combining both organic with ads to get your products in front of your audience.
