Statistics from Hootsuite’s 2022 trend report found that 53.2% of 16-24 year old turn to social media when researching a brand. This went ahead of search engines, which 51% used.
This highlights the importance of not only keeping your social media presence up-to-date, but also making sure it has new content and can easily direct users to your store, contact details and latest updates.
