- Google My Business has released a new feature which allows for recent reviews on listings to be seen in a single place, as well as checking the status of reported reviews and reporting new ones for takedown.
- Before, reviews on Google had been extremely hard to take down and remove, even if they are proven to be spurious or fraudulent. The new tool allows for more options on how to proceed, including the review removal process status.
- Whilst this new tool does not give options for a speedier process or more in-depth choices, it does help show where each review lies, as well as submitting reviews to be taken down.
