- Titled the ‘State of Mobility’ report, it’s Canadian results show that 67% want to be able to know where their package is once it’s been ordered. It also showed that 29% saw that unless businesses master deliveries then they will struggle to keep up during the pandemic
- The survey, which was conducted in multiple countries, saw 82% of Canadians asked say that they are okay using any delivery options, such as home delivery or curbside pick up
