- Video quickly became the main choice of content on social media this year and looks set to continue that way into 2022. Knowing which social media platforms are the main choice for your audience is key.
- The HubSpot 2021 State of Marketing Report found that whilst TikTok and Instagram have risen in popularity, especially amongst younger users, they still trail to YouTube and Facebook.
- Asked which social media platform was their preferred to watch video content, 35% answered YouTube, with Facebook following with 25%. Despite being the newest platform on the list, Tik Tok took 19%. Instagram held just 8% of answers.
