- Stores and companies offering value and diverse payment offers are seen by the guide to be most likely to succeed in 2021, with customers being drawn by the options and choice
- Conducted in October of last year, it was conducted across all regions in Canada. Other findings of the guide were that 52% of customers said they were unlikely to shop from a company or brand that did not align with their ethics or values
- 55% of those asked also highlighted reviews as one of the major factors when purchasing online
