- IGTV has been rebranded as Instagram Video, moving all the app’s video formats (outside of Reels) into one place, as the social media platform looks to emphasize video content.
- The big change is that all in-feed videos will now have the option to go up to 60 minutes in length, with all videos being under one ‘Video’ tab in the profile. As well as this, post insights and video insights will be made a combined metric.
- Instagram has been keen to push video content on the platform and with video posts receiving 49% more engagement then static images, it is important for business to harness this.
