- Canada is set to have a warehouse building boom as the rising demand for online goods is expected to continue. Starting in 2020, due to the effects of the pandemic, the increase in demand is expected to carry on throughout 2021

- Canada has been at the forefront of ecommerce growth, holding some of the fastest growth rates, with over 40% of shoppers going online during the pandemic, according to statistics from JP Morgan
