- The statistics, which were correlated by ecommerce software firm Spotify, showed that people were spending more online then before the pandemic, with 80% asked saying they planned to continue shopping online in 2021
- Only 65% of those asked said they had shopped in a physical store since the start of the pandemic, with 38% saying they are doing so less then last year
