- The research, which was conducted by Bazaarvoice, a product reviews and user generated content solutions company, has revealed several visual and social content factors that influences purchases
- Nearly 3/4 of all people asked (74%) preferred to see pictures from previous customers, rather then professional images. Facebook influenced many when it came to purchases, at 25%, though amongst 18-34 year olds, Instagram hold a bigger sway in influencing at 31%
