- Retail ecommerce sales in Canada increased 110% to CA$3.5 billion in January according to Statistics Canada. Its success has seen more companies look to online to fill the gap left by brick and mortar during lockdown, as well as a new way to connect with customers.
- The Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver and the Waterloo region, ON, all have the lowest availability according to recent statistics by CBRE. It is expected that a rise in construction of industrial warehouses is set to start.
